30-Day No-Return Refund Guarantee

We want every APOTODITO card to bring joy. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will provide a refund.

• No return is required.
• No reason is required, though feedback is always welcome.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Please allow 5-10 business days after approval for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

How to Request a Refund

Email service@apotodito.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. For damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, photos are helpful but not required for the no-return refund guarantee.

This policy applies to purchases made directly on APOTODITO.com. If you purchased from another marketplace or retail partner, please follow that platform's support process.
